  I usually have a good experience at this store. But this week their manager Rebecca has been horrible. She was very hostile and demeaning. Twice I have gone in to get coffee and she wants to limit how much cream and sugar I can get and when I state that I wanted more she very loudly accused me of stealing the cream and sugar and instead of letting me have 11 packs she would only let me have 7 and instead of letting me have 5 creamers she only let me have 3 it got to the point we had to leave our coffee and go to the store across the street. This woman is insane and has absolutely no business being a manager when she cannot control herself so how is she supposed to teach and control her employees when apparently she received no teaching in customer service and has no control over herself so therefore she cannot teach or manage others very well.
