  Victor met us at the door and from there we went to his sales station where he made us comfortable. A smile is always welcome to put a customer at ease and Victor had smiles to go around. We live in a town 200 miles away but always go to the Alcoa, Tennessee store because of their superior professional staff. Victor didn't let us down. I needed a new iPhone with more memory and he showed me the available options. Victor explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. We made our decision based on the information Victor provided us. We also took advantage of the free tablet being offered. I would recommend this Verizon store and Victor in particular!!!
