  It would be 5 stars if they opened at 9:00am like most businesses as I don't want to wait all day other than that is GameStop you get what you pay for and don't expect a deal that you don't have to spend more money on using smoke screens and hype of certain titles , they get paid commission on that ..lol and the customer reviews help them keep their job and canceling a pre-order all but puts them out the door if you have bad customer service FYI..food for thought anyway it's a pawnshop for games and gamers
